Position : ADMIN CLERK
 
Working Hours : Mon-Fri 08.30am.-05.30pm.
 
Saturday: Half Day (08.30am.-1.00pm.)
 
Requirements:
  •   Female Age 20-35
  • Must familiar with SQL accounting program
  • Microsoft Office Skill
  • Fast learner and easy pick up things with positive attitude
  • Can work under pressure and work independently or in a team
  •  Be punctual and responsible
 
Responsibility :
  •  Issue daily customer invoice and credit note
  • Submit invoices or RN in B2B platforms
  • Key in supplier invoices day by day
  •  Do filing docs and other paperwork as assigned by superior.
  • Maintain & upload products listing on e-commerce platforms.
