Position : ADMIN CLERK
Working Hours : Mon-Fri 08.30am.-05.30pm.
Saturday: Half Day (08.30am.-1.00pm.)
Requirements:
- Female Age 20-35
- Must familiar with SQL accounting program
- Microsoft Office Skill
- Fast learner and easy pick up things with positive attitude
- Can work under pressure and work independently or in a team
- Be punctual and responsible
Responsibility :
- Issue daily customer invoice and credit note
- Submit invoices or RN in B2B platforms
- Key in supplier invoices day by day
- Do filing docs and other paperwork as assigned by superior.
- Maintain & upload products listing on e-commerce platforms.
